SHIPPING
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days (BLOND/COLORED HAIR TAKES LONGER) once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.
SHOP RealLuxurySenses isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. SHOP RealLuxurySenses does not hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered.
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.
Returns/ Exchanges
No returns or exchanges. All sales final!
Returns: All items must be returned to SHOP RealLuxurySenses. Within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed in the bundle with tags. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $9.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
